CALL TO ORDER
Chair Russ Chapman called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m. on April 12, 2005 in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 1175E. Main Street,
Ashland, Oregon.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND FINDINGS
The minutes of the March 8, 2005 Hearings Board were amended as follows: Page 3, “Chapman felt the parking demand…would require
more B Street ‘parking’.” Also on page 3, further down the page, “That a four to five foot buffer be retained between the existing ‘new’
building.” Fields/Black m/s to approve the amended minutes. Voice Vote: Unanimous.
Fields/Black m/s to approve the Findings for PA2005-00039, 150 N. Pioneer, Potocki. Voice Vote: Unanimous.
