Agreement is to be binding upon myselfjourselves, my jour heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my lour express inten1ion
that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.

AGREE NOT TO HAVE ANY KITCHEN COOKING FACILITIES INSTALLED IN THE STRUCTURE IN THE
GUEST HOUSE LOCATED IN THE CONVERTED GARAGE. INSTALLATION OF A KITCHEN OR
COOKING FACILITIES INSTALLED, OR USE OF THE STRUCTURE AS A SEPARATE DWELLING FOR
RENTAL PURPOSES, SHALL BE IN VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT
TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
