DRAIN AND THE UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE
FORMATION OF SUCH lOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE
