to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir{s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action: Fire access shall be maintained from the Garfield Street. side of unit including clE:ar walking space to
the unit and addressing easlly visible, both from Garfield. If a fence is erected between the two structures,
gated access and addressing shall be approved by Ashland Fire & Rescue.

Beginning at a point which is South 61029' West, 1126.9 feet from the southeast corner of
Donation Land Claim No. 39, Township 39 South, Range 1 East, of the willamette Meridian in
Jackson County, Oregon; thence West 130 feet, to a stake for corner; thence South 50 feet;
thence East 130 feet, to the West side of Garfield Street in the City of Ashland, Jackson
County, Oregon; thence North, along the said street line, 50 feet to the point of
beginning.
