Commencing at the quarter corner comn~n to Sections 14 and 23. Township 39 South. Range 1
East of the Wi11amette Base and ~1eridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North, 638.90 feet
and West, 983.60 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin, which bears North 00u02'19" West, 10.0 feet
from a 6 inch diameter by 24 inch long concrete post with 3 inch diameter bronze disk being
a REFERENCE r~ONUtlEUT to sai d In i ti a 1 Point of GLYFADA SUBDIVISION; thence
South 00"02'19" East, 236.545 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated in the Northerly boundary
line of Payne Subdivision as found monumented; thence North 89045'0611 West along said
Northerly boundary line, 249.915 feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin situated at the South-
east corner of that parcel of land as set forth in Document No. 80-08405 of the Official
Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence leaving the Northerly boundary line of said
subdivision. North 00011'00" East along the Easterly boundary lines of those parcels of
land as set forth in Document No. 80-08405 and No. 80-44311 of the Official Records of
Jackson County, Oregon 174.81 feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin situated in the Southerly
right of way of Bellview Avenue; thence South 89"'49'00" East along said Southerly right of
way, 137.35 feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 00008'10" West along the .Easterly
right of way of Bellview Avenue. 59.63 feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin situated in that
boundary line by agreement recorded as Document No. 78-09291 of the Official Records of
Jackson County, Oregon; thence leaving the Easterly right of way of said avenue,
North 89015'07" East along said boundary line by agreement, 112.00 feet to the initial point.
Also, including an irrigation easement over. across and through a strip of land 10.0 feet in
width, lying 5.0 feet on each side of, when n~asured at right angles therefrom, the
following described centerline: Beginning at a point in the Easterly right of way of that
irrigation easement as set forth in Volume 600, page 392 through 397 of the Deed Records of
Jackson County, Oregon, said point bears South, 121'.05 feet and East, 20.15 feet from the
Initial Point of Glyfada Subdivision; thence South 89057'4111 West along said centerline,
20.07 feet to a point in the Easterly boundary line of Glyfada Subdivision and being the
terminus of said irrigation easement centerline. Extend and/or shorten the sidelines of
said easement to close upon the Easterly right of way of that easement as set forth in
Volume 600, page 392 through 397 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon and upon
the Easterly boundary line of G1yfada Subdivision as set forth hereinabove.
