LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract or parcel of land situated in the Northeast quarter of Section 15. Township
39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon
and being more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 15, said Township and Range; thence
North 89029130" West (deed record West 522.5 feet) along the section line corrmon
to Sections 10 and 15, said Township and Range, 520.26 feet; thence leaving said
section line, South 00006106" West (deed record South) along the Easterly right
of way of Park Street and the Northerly extension thereof, 1382.15 feet to a 5/8
inch iron pin for the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right of way
South 89029130" East and parallel to the section line common to Sections 10 and
15, said Township and Range; 110.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence
South 00006106" West and parallel to Park Street, 52.85 feet to a 5/8 inch iron
pin; thence South 89029130" East (deed record East) 87.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron
pin Witness Corner; thence continuing South 89029'30" East (deed record East) 2.445
feet to a point in the Westerly boundary line of Faith Subdivision, as now recorded;
thence North 00003151" East along said subdivision boundary line, 67.85 feet to a
5/8 inch iron pin Witness Corner; thence leaving said subdivision boundary line

Reserving therefrom, a public utility easement over, across and through a strip
of land, 15.0 feet in width, Northerly of and contigious to, when measured at
right angles therefrom the fOllowing described line: Beginning at the True

East, 110.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin for the terminus of said line. The
length of the Northerly boundary line of said easement shall be the same as the
