the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This
agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executor~l, and assigns, and
it is my/our express intention that this agreement shal I run with the land, so that fulfi I Iment
of the items I isted below shal I be binding upon future owners of the property.
Improvement, Dedication, or Other Action:
1) Installation of a 12' paved driveway to rear lot parking area.
2) Installation of fo~rking spaces with adequate turnaround.
3) Screening to a height of 4-6 ft. on both sides of the flag dri.ve.
