I've attached a list of typical professional services that I have provided for other construction projects. My role for Station 2 would, of course, be only those services you need for this project. I've also attached a resume' and brief summary of my recent projects should you need that information for the City officials who review/approve professional services agreements. Please let me know if you need insurance certificates or other documentation. I propose an hourly rate of $65/hr for this project. Reimbursable items such as printing, postage and long distance would be passed through without markup. There would be no travel or mileage charges for this project. I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with you, your staff, PSE and Adroit on the Station 1 project. I consider that job to be one my more successful projects in recent years. Recently, I had the opportunity to work with the illinois Valley Fire District on two new stations along with the expansion of one of their older facilities. The lessons learned from all of these facilities should help contribute to an efficient, cost effective solution for Station 2. Please do not hesitate to call if I can provide more information.
