CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Morrison called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. in the Siskiyou Room 51 Winburn Way.
ROLL CALL
Councilors Jackson, Silbiger, Amarotico, Hardesty, Hartzell and Chapman were present.
I. Adoption of Standards and Criteria to be used in the Evaluation of City Administrator Candidates
Councilor Jackson/Hartzell m/s to adopt the Standards and Criteria. Voice Vote: all A YES. Motion passed.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 a.m.

Council Special Meeting
The Ashland City Council will meet in a Special Meeting for
the purpose of adopting standards and criteria to be used in
the evaluation of City Administrator candidates:
DATE: Friday, March 3, 2006
TIME: 8:00 a.m.
LOCATION: Siskiyou Room, 51 Winburn Way
A copy of the draft evaluation criteria may be obtained at
Ashland City Hall or on the City's website
www.ashland.oLus Written comments on the draft criteria
may submitted to Ashland City Hall, 20 E. Main Street,
prior to the special meeting. Public comments on the draft
criteria will also be accepted at the meeting.
After adopting the criteria, the Ashland City Council will
convene into executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(a).
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if
you need special assistance to participate in this meeting,
please contact the City Administrators office at 541488-
6002 (TTY 1 800 735 2900). Notification 72 hrs prior to the
meeting will enable the City to make reasonable
arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting (28
CFR 35.102-35.104 ADA Title I)
