intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon
future owners of the property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS ON NORTH MAIN AND FOX STREETS; AND AGREE TO THE WAIVER OF RIGHTS SET
FORTH IN 18,68,150 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF
SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
