of the property. This consent is in consideration of SOLAR WAIVER.

AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE lOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE
IMPROVEMENT OF UNION AND AUBURN STREETS FOR SIDEWALKS; AND AGREE NOT TO
REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH lOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO
PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
