of the property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF A TWO-UNIT TRAVELLERS' ACCOMMODATION.

AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT OF SCENIC DRIVE; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF
SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH
