Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION: Agree to participate in the local improvement district for the future improvement of sidewalk installation on
Ashland Street, and agree not emonstrate to the formation of such local improvement district; and agree to pay
assigned share of such de . nate improvement costs.
