Dear Jim:
Congratulations. The Ashland City Council approved your appointment to the Bicycle
and Pedestrian Commission for a term ending April 30, 2007 at its regular meeting on
September 19,2006.
The Bicycle & Pedestrian Commission typically meets on the third Thursday of each
month at 5: 15 p.m. in the Community Development Department at 51 Winburn Way.
The next meeting will be on October 19, 2006. Council liaison is David Chapman and
staff liaison is Derek Severson (Planning Dept: 552-2040). Derek will contact you
shortly. Attached a current list of Commission members.
You will also' be receiving a packet of relevant information for new members from the
City Recorder's office, and may receive other information pertinent to this commission
from the staff liaison by separate mail.
