(BOTTOM STAIR AREA - APPROVED 6/12/97). INSTALLATION OF A KITCHEN OR COOKING
FACILITIES INSTAllED, OR USE OF THE STRUCTURE AS A SEPARATE DWELLING FOR RENTAL
PURPOSES, SHALL BE IN VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL
PENALTIES THEREOF.
