PLEASE NOTE
Because you have a balance forward on your post-election report filing you should be aware that there are additional filing
requirements. There have been changes to the Oregon Campaign Finance Law that is effective Januarv 1,2007 which will
require you to file any additional reports electronically with the Secretary of State.
My office will no longer be the filing officer for Contribution and Expenditure reporting other than for local chief petitioner
committees as of January 2007.

If you should choose to close out yom GUJlJiddU;: committee, which would require you to have a "zero balance," you can do
so by filing final Contribution and Reporting reports to my office no later than December 29, 2006. You would indicate on
the reports that this is an "other" filing to "close out" your candidate committee.

instruction on how to file any further reporting will-follow.
