Can you department do the sign posting? "Within five days after the first day of publication of the notice the City Recording Officer shall cause to be posted at or near each eand of the proposed vacation a copy of the notice which shall be headed, "Notice of Street Vacation"; the notice shall be posted in at least two conspicuous places in the proposed vacation area. The posting and first day of publication of such notice shall be not less than 14 days before the hearing." 14 days prior is December 24th...this means that I need to get a notice in the paper right away...if you can get me the legal description info, I will try to get the notice in the paper on Dec 20 or 21.. ..the second notice will be either Dec 27 or 28 as it needs to be consecutive.
