The City of Ashland finds that the owners of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein have consented to the annexation of said land to: the City of Ashland. SECTION 2. The submitting of the question of the said annexation is hereby dispensed with and a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Ashland Civic Center, Ashland, Oregon, on the 15th day of February, 1983, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. at which time all persons may appear and be heard on the proposed annexation.
