with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF A PARTITIONjVARIANCE.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE lOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE
INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG PARK STREET; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO
THE FORMATION OF SUCH lOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED
SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
