ASHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
STUDY SESSION
MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 26, 2000
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Chair Mike Gardiner. Other Commissioners
present were John Fields, Ray Kistler, Russ Chapman, Kerry KenCairn, Marilyn Briggs, Alex
Amarotico, and Mike Morris. Chris Hearn was absent. Staff present were John McLaughlin and
Bill Molnar.
LONG-RANGE PROJECT UPDATE
Staff orally presented information on three upcoming planning efforts that include the Tolman
Creek Road Neighborhood Plan, the Railroad Plan, and the update of the Downtown Plan. No
handouts or other printed material were available. The Commissioners had an informal
discussion regarding these projects.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
