Staff present were Bill Molnar, Mark Knox, Maria Harris and Sue Yates. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - The Minutes of the May 9, 2000 meeting were approved. TYPE I PLANNING ACTIONS PLANNING ACTION 2000-053 REQUEST FOR A SITE REVIEW AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONVERT AN EXISTING BUILDING INTO AN APPROXIMATELY 716 SQ. FT. ACCESSORY RESIDENTIAL UNIT. 101 ORANGE STREET APPLICANT: KATHLEEN BOYCE This action was approved. PLANNING ACTION 2000-057 REQUEST FOR A LAND PARTITION TO DIVIDE THE EXISTING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 399 SOUTH MOUNTAIN INTO TWO PARCELS. CORNER OF S. MOUNTAIN & HENRY STREET APPLICANT: ROSALIE LAFLEUR This action was approved. PLANNING ACTION 2000-062 REQUEST FOR A LAND PARTITION TO DIVIDE THE EXISTING PROPERTY. 486 BEACH STREET INTO TWO PARCELS APPLICANT: BEN MURILLO This action was approved. PLANNING ACTION 2000-064 REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FIVE-LOT DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS OPTION. PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF FORDYCE STREET AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF MILLPOND ROAD AND EVAN LANE. APPLICANT: TOM FRANTZ This action was approved. PLANNING ACTION 2000-066 REQUEST FOR A LAND PARTITION TO DIVIDE THE EXISTING LOT AT 760 TOLMAN CREEK ROAD INTO TWO PARCELS. ALSO A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO INCORPORATE ACCESSORY RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF EACH NEW RESIDENCE. APPLICANT: BOB HEYERMAN This action was approved. PLANNING ACTION 2000-067 REQUEST FOR A SITE REVIEW AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A TEMPORARY PARKING LOT AT THE CORNER OF MAPLE STREET AND SCENIC DRIVE. THE REQUEST INVOLVES USE OF THE PROPERTY AS A PARKING AREA FOR TWO YEARS. 555 SCENIC DRIVE APPLICANT: ASHLAND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL This action was postponed.
