Home My WebLink About1997-05-13 Planning MIN ASHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MAY 13, 1997 MINUTES CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Vice Chairman Steve Armitage. Other Commissioners present were Bass, Gardiner, Morris, Giordano, and Hearn. Absent members were Jarvis, Briggs, Howe, and Armitage. Staff present were McLaughlin, Molnar, Knox and Harris. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Gardiner moved to approve the Minutes of the April 8, 1997 Regular Meeting. The motion was seconded and the Minutes were approved. Armitage moved to approve the Minutes of the March 11, 1997 Hearings Board, the motion was seconded and approved. The Findings from the April 8, 1997 Regular Meeting were approved. PUBLIC FORUM No one came forth to speak. OTHER The Commissioners discussed the upcoming June Planning Commission meeting. Chair Barbara Jarvis will be absent as well as Vice Chair Steve Armitage. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 7:17 pm. The Commission went into a study session and their pre-retreat.
