A RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
PARKS COMMISSION FOR PARK PURPOSES IN ACCORD
WITH-ARTICLE XIX OF THE ASHLAND CITY CHARTER 0

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND, as follows:
SECTION 10 Pursuant to Article XIX, Section 3, of the Ashland
City Charter, the following described land is hereby dedicated
to the Parks Commission for park purposeso Said land is com-
monly known as the Wade Property, which was previously dedicated
by Resolution Noo 82-40 and which now shall include that portion
formerly proposed for use by the Wranglers and an access road
to the Sewage Treatment plant. A description of the entire parcel
is attached as Exhibit "A" and shall be made a part hereofo
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the ~O~
day of August, 19850

584, said Deed Records, said corner marked with a 3/4" iron pipe; thence North 4022'
