Agreement shall run with the land, so that futfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
Action: Agree to participate In the Locallrnprovement District for the future improvement of Siskiyou Boulevard
(sidewalks, parkrow planting strips, curbs, gutters, storm drainage and paving), and agree not to remonstrate to
the formation of such Local Improvement District; and .... to pay _Ignecl share of such designated
improvement costs..
