Special Meeting Minutes

CALL TO ORDER – REGULAR MEETING
At 1:00 pm, Chairman Dale Shostrom called the Historic Commission special meeting to order.
Historic Commissioners Present:
Dale Shostrom, Terry Skibby, James Watkins, Allison Renwick,
Keith Swink, Alex Krach, Sam Whitford, Henry Baker, Tom Giordano
Absent Commission Members:
Council Liaison:
Eric Navickas, absent
High School Liaison:
None Appointed
SOU Liaison:
None Appointed
Staff Present:
Planner: Angela Barry; Clerk: Billie Boswell
DISCUSSION ITEMS
Kimberli Fitzgerald, Historic Preservation Consultant, reviewed the Ashland Preservation Program
Evaluation 2008 report with the Historic Commissioners. The Commissioners spent time identifying
Preferred Program Priorities and Projects. The results will be compiled by Ms. Fitzgerald in the final
report and presented back to the Commission.
ADJOURNMENT
It was the unanimous decision of the Commission to adjourn the meeting at 2:45 p.m.
