is a request for modification of a previously approved landscaping plan for the property
19 – 55 W. Hersey Street
located at . The proposal is to remove trees and plantings that are inappropriate sizes and species
and replace with new trees and plantings of appropriate size and species, given the space available and site characteristics.
Seventeen trees are proposed for removal and eight are proposed for replanting. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single
Family Residential; Zoning: R-1-5; Assessor’s Map #: 39 1E 04 CD; Tax Lot: 4000.

located in the southwest corner of the property. A Tree Removal Permit is requested to remove four trees on the site.
