PLANNING ACTION 2003-126
is a request for Outline Plan and Site Review approval for a four-lot, 13-unit, multi-
family project (three four-plexes and one single family residence) under the Performance Standards Option on the
property located at 954 B Street. The project involves the construction of three, two-story, four-plex condominium
buildings on three of the lots, while maintaining the existing single family residence on its own lot.
Comprehensive Plan Designation: High Density Multi-Family Residential ; Zoning: R-3; Assessor's Map #: 39
1E 09 AC; Tax Lot: 2600 and 3001.

PLANNING ACTION 2004-015
is a request for a seven lot Subdivision, a Tree Removal Permit and an exception
to Local Street Standards pertaining to right-of-way and paving standards for the 1.78 acre project located at the
intersection of South Mountain Avenue and Prospect Street (759 & 769 S. Mountain Av.). A Conditional Use
Permit is requested to permit an existing single family residence to operate as an accessory residential unit and
Variance to enable its two off-street parking spaces to be located on an adjacent parcel. Comprehensive Plan
Designation: Single Family Residential; Zoning: R-1-10; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 16 AD; Tax Lots: 3400, 3500
and 3600.
