Welcome Guests IV. Old Business A. Discussion Items: 1. Note: The following item was reviewed at your last meeting. The Planning Commission continued the application. The applicant said he would be present at the April 3rd meeting in order for the Tree Commission to express their concerns. PLANNING ACTION 2002-151 Request for Outline Plan approval for an 83-lot subdivision under the Performance Standards Options and located within the North Mountain Neighborhood Plan area, located west of North Mountain Avenue, east of the Bear Creek channel and to the south of the unimproved section of Nevada Street. The application also includes Major Amendments to the North Mountain Neighborhood Plan, including the realignment/reconfiguration of certain streets and modifications to required yard areas. APPLICANT: North Mountain Land Company, LLC 2. Note: The following actions may have minor changes to be reviewed. PLANNING ACTION 2003-023 Request for Site Review to construct an approximately 8071 square foot, two- story mixed-use (i.e. commercial & residential) building on Lot 1 - Clear Creek Drive. Proposal includes a request for an Administrative Variance from the City's Site Design and Use Standards to exceed the maximum Floor Area Ratio standard. APPLICANT: Benjamin Stott PLANNING ACTION 2003-025 Request for Site Review to construct an approximately 9326 square foot, two- story mixed-use (i.e. commercial & residential) building on Lot 2 - Clear Creek Drive. Proposal includes a request for an Administrative Variance from the City's Site Design and Use Standards to exceed the maximum Floor Area Ratio standard. APPLICANT: Benjamin Stott V. New Business A. PLANNING ACTION 2003-018 is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an approximately 988 square foot accessory residential unit at the front of the property located at 869 Wrights Creek Drive. APPLICANT: Jon & Diana Van Vleck B. PLANNING ACTION 2003-032 is a request for Site Review and a Tree Removal Permit to construct a new building to house the Southern Oregon University multimedia center and RVTV facility at 1525 Webster Street (SOU campus). A Conditional Use Permit is requested for a change in the proposed location of the RVTV building and subsequently displaced parking from that shown on the Southern Oregon University Campus Master Plan.
