Main Street. A Variance is requested to allow less than 65 percent of the total gross floor area of the ground floor to be occupied by a permitted or special permitted uses. In addition, an Administrative Variance and Exception is requested to Site Design and Use Standards relating to separation between building (II- C-3a(3)) and to allow balconies on street facing elevations (VI-B-93)). Comprehensive Plan Designation: Commercial; Zoning: C-1-D; Assessor's Map #: 391E09BC; Tax Lot: 100.
