Planning Action 2002-052 is a request for Site Review approval for a 14-unit, cottage style condominium development, including a Physical Constraints Review Permit to allow for “development” within the Floodplain Corridor, for the property located at 2275 Siskiyou Boulevard. The application includes a Variance to rear yard requirements (10feet required, 6.5 feet proposed), as well as Administrative Variance t the City’s Site Design and Use Standards with respect to “Building Orientation”. Comprehensive Plan Designation: High Density Multi- Family Residential; Zoning: R-3; Assessor’s Map #: 391Ee14CB; Tax Lot: 3600 APPICANT: Alan Pardee PLANNER: Bill Molnar 2. Planning Action 2002-020 is a request for Outline Plan approval for an 13-lot subdivision, zone Change to provide for a Residential Overlay (i.e. R-overlay) and Physical Constraints Review Permit for a pedestrian crossing of the drainage for the property located east of Rogue Place and north of the railroad tracks. Planning Action 2000-120 is a request for Site Review to construct a two-story, mixed-use addition to an existing commercial building located at 485 “A” Street. The application includes a Variance for Distance Between Driveways along “A” Street, as well as to the City’s Floor to Area Ratio standard.
