Site Reviews:
1. Planning Action 2002-083 (National Fish & Wildlife Forensics Lab).
All Trees that are transplanted must be replaced if they die within 2
years. The plantings in the front which incorporate trees that are
moved should allow adequate space: sugar maples a minimum of
30 feet; Japanese maples a minimum of 15 feet and vine maples
can be packed together. Perennial rye with wildflowers will be a
maintenance challenge. The mix should be refined to emphasize
low maintenance and drought resistance.
2. Planning Action 2002-062 (Clay Street Church of God). This plan
should be refined to meet Site Design & Use Standards specifying:
?
what is to stay and what is to be removed, and
?
size, quantities & species location.
Also, could the multi-trunked tree on the west edge, south of the
tree, which is proposed to remain, be kept? Be sure the shrubs
along both north and south edges allow privacy screening. Submit
irrigation plan.
