PLANNING ACTION 2000-040 is a request for a Site Review
Permit and three Administrative Variances to the City's Site
Design and Use Standards for the construction of an
approximately 9,200 square foot postal annex building to be
located at 120 clear Creek Drive. Comprehensive Plan Designation:
Employment; Zoning: E-l; Prcel4 of Clear Creek Drive Development
(behind Ashland Lumber).
APPLICANT: U. S. Postal Service
