1. PLANNING ACTION 99-002 is a request for a Conditional Use
Permit and Site Review to operate a hostel at the property located at
70 Third Street. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Multi-Family
Residential; Zoning: R-2; Assessor's Map #: 39 1 E 09 BD; Tax Lot:
1400.

2. PLANNING ACTION 99-004 is a request for a Conditional Use Permit
and Site Review for a five unit traveler's accommodation and the
construction of a new owner's unit for the property located at 496
Beach Street. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Multi-Family
Residential; Zoning: R-2; Assessor's Map #: 39 1 E 09 DO; Tax Lot:
5100.

3. PLANNING ACTION 98-120 is a request for a Comprehensive Plan
Map change involving the elimination of the southern extension of
Liberty Street from the City's future street dedication map. Also, a
request for Outline Plan approval for a 17 lot subdivision under the
Performance Standards Option, and a Physical Constraints Review
Permit for "development" within areas defined as Hillside Lands. The
requests are being made for the property located at 831 Liberty Street

4. PLANNING ACTION 99~006 is a request for Annexation and
