A. Site Review-
PLANNING ACTION 99-009 is a request for Outline and Final Plan
approval of a four lot subdivision under the Performance Standards
Option. A variance is being requested to allow for an 18 percent driveway
grade for 200 feet instead of the 15 percent allowed. A Physical and
Environmental Constraints Permit is requested for "development" on
hillside lands. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family
Residential; Zoning: R-1-10; Assessor's Map #: 391E15BD; Tax Lot:
4000.
