Applicant: Semyon & Alia Bilrnes Planner: Mark Knox Planning Action 98-081 is a request for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Review for the re-activation and expansion of a non-conforming use and structure located at 930 Tolman Creek Road. . The existing building will be remodeled (8761 sq. ft.) and approximately 1890 sq. ft. of produclion and assembly space will be added wilhin the "l" shape of the building.
