A. Site Review -
Planning Action 98-082 is a request for a Site Review for a two-story
mixed use building consisting of 2100 sq. ft. commercial space on the
first floor and 2160 sq. ft. on the second floor allowing for three
apartment units. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Downtown
Commercial; Zoning: C-1-D; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 09 SA; Tax Lot:
11101.

Planning Action 98-081 is a request for a Conditional Use Permit and
Site Review for the re-activation and expansion of a non-conforming
use and structure located at 930 Tolman Creek Road. . The existing
building will be remodeled (8761 sq. ft.) and approximately 1890 sq. ft.
of produclion and assembly space will be added wilhin the "l" shape of
the building. Also, a Variance is requested to allow for the proposed
improvements to exceed 50 percent of the value of the existing non-
