1. PLANNING ACTION 93-097 is a request for Site Review for the
construction of a 5,100 sq. ft. retail/office building located on the
north side of "A" Street at the end of Second Street.

2. PLANNING ACTION 93-092 is a request for a Conditional Use
Permit for the construction 9f a one-story yoga studio to be
located at 247 N. Second Street. Comprehensive Plan
Designation: Multi-Family Residential; Zoning: R-2; Assessor's
Map #: 98A; Tax Lot: 2100. APPLICANT: Kevin Cpoke
3. PLANNING ACTION 93-093 is a request for a Site Review for
