TYPE I REVIEW PLANNING ACTION: 2008-01295 SUBJECT PROPERTY: 91 Gresham Street APPLICANT: KenCairn Landscape DESCRIPTION: Request for a tree removal permit for the property located at 91 Gresham Street to remove two Siberian Elm trees, which are greater than 18-inches in diameter at breast height (DBH). The trees are located in the parkrow. An arborist has determined the trees to be hazardous as they continually drops limbs and are damaging the curb and the sidewalk. The trees require a Tree Removal Permit because they greater than 18-inches DBH. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION:ZONING:ASSESSOR’S MAP #: Multi-Family Residential; R-2; TAX LOT: 39 1E 09CA; 8300 PLANNING ACTION: 2008-01315 SUBJECT PROPERTY: 2915 Highway 66 APPLICANT: Myles Comstock DESCRIPTION: Request for a Site Review approval to construct a 3,000 square foot light industrial building for the property located at 2915 Highway 66. The application also includes a request for an Exception to Street Standards to continue the existing curbside sidewalk along the frontage of the subject parcel.
