CALL TO ORDER: Civic Center, 1175 East Main Street II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 13, 2007 Hearings Board Minutes III. TYPE I PLANNING ACTIONS: PLANNING ACTION: A. 2007-00089 SUBJECT PROPERTY: 176 Scenic Dr. OWNER/APPLICANT: Byron and Patricia Chatfield DESCRIPTION: Request to modify the building envelope from the previously approved Land Partition (PA 89-199) for the property located at 176 Scenic Dr. The application also includes a Physical Constraints Review Permit for the construction of a single-family home COMPREHENSIVE PLAN and driveway on Hillside and Severe Constraints Lands. DESIGNATION: ZONING:ASSESSOR’S MAP #: Single-Family Residential; R-1-7.5; TAX LOT: 391E08AA; 6300. IV. TYPE II PUBLIC HEARINGS: There are no Type II hearings this month. V. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS: There are no Findings to be approved. VI.
