Proposed amendments to the Ashland Land Use Ordinance implementing
portions of the recommendations in the Land Use Ordinance Review prepared by Siegel Planning
Services. In addition other recommendations of the City Planning Director concerning land use
decision making procedures will be considered. Proposed changes affect the following chapters of
the Ashland Land Use Ordinance (Title 18): Definitions, Districts and Zoning Map, Woodland
Residential District, Rural Residential District, Single-Family Residential District, Suburban
Residential District, Low Density Multiple Family Residential District, High Density Multiple Family,
North Mountain Neighborhood, Retail Commercial District, Employment District, Health Care
