I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair John Fields called the meeting to order at 1:40 p.m. at the Ashland Civic
Center, 1175 E. Main Street, Ashland, OR.
Commissioners Present: Council Liaison:

II.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
– Black/Dimitre m/s to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2007
Hearings Board meeting. Voice Vote: Approved.
III. TYPE I PLANING ACTION
A. PLANNING ACTION:

SUBJECT PROPERTY:
176 Scenic Dr.
OWNER/APPLICANT:
Byron and Patricia Chatfield
DESCRIPTION:
Request to modify the building envelope from the
previously approved Land Partition (PA 89-199) for the property located at
176 Scenic Dr. The application also includes a Physical Constraints
Review Permit for the construction of a single-family home and driveway
on Hillside and Severe Constraints Lands.
This actions stands approved.
IV. TYPE II PUBLIC HEARINGS
– There were no Type II hearings.
V. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS
– There were no Findings to be approved.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
