- Second Vice Chair Dave Dotterrer called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. at the Ashland Civic Center,
1175 E. Main Street.

DESCRIPTION: Request for Site Review approval for a new commercial building located at 799 Jefferson St., comprised office,
light manufacturing and warehouse uses. The proposed building is approximately 18,544 square feet in size.
