PLANNING ACTION: PA2008-00080 SUBJECT PROPERTY: 750 Roca St. APPLICANT: Kerry KenCairn DESCRIPTION: Request for a Modification to an approved building envelope and Physical and Environmental Constraints Permit to locate a home on Hillside Lands and Severe Constraint Lands and for development in the floodplain for a property located at located at 750 Roca Street.
