A. is a request for a Conditional Use Permit for transfer of ownership of the
Traveler’s Accommodation business from the property owner to a business owner for the property located at 34
Union St. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Multi-Family Residential; Zoning: R-2; Assessor’s Map #: 39 1E 09

B. is a request for a Land Partition to create three parcels including one flag
lot for the property located at 975 Tolman Creek Rd. A new "half-street" improvement will be installed adjacent to the

A.is a request for a Site Review approval to construct a second

property line and ten feet is required. A Solar Setback Variance is requested to create a greater shadow on the
