TYPE I PLANNING ACTIONS PLANNING ACTION 2006-00877Is a request for Site Review approval to construct a two-story mixed-use building consisting of A. 2,245 square feet of office space on the first floor and a single residential condominium on the second floor, on the north side of A Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets. The property is located in the Detail Site Review Zone. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: Employment; ZONING: E-1; ASSESSOR’S MAP #: 39 1E 09 AB; TAX LOT#: 6507. APPLICANT: Jerry Kenefick B. PLANNING ACTION 2006-01085 Is a request for Site Review approval to construct a 10,667 square foot light industrial, warehouse and office facility for the property located at 585 Clover Lane. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: Employment District (No R- Overlay) ZONING: E-1; ASSESSOR’S MAP #: 39 1E 14 AA; TAX LOT#: 6800. APPLICANT: Jon Bauer C. PLANNING ACTION 2006-00615 Is a request for Site Review and Conditional Use Permit approval to construct an approximately 736 square foot accessory residential unit behind the existing single family residence for the property located at 1937 Crestview Dr. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: R-1-7.5; ZONING: Single Family Residential; ASSESSOR’S MAP #: 39 1E 15 DA; TAX LOT#: 1830. APPLICANT: Darrell A. Boldt for Bernard and Helga Binder D. PLANNING ACTION 2006-01088 Is a request for Site Review approval for a remodel and a 672 square foot addition to an existing building located upon an approximately .5-acre parcel at 1500 Siskiyou Blvd. The building will be used as a bank (formerly Dairy Queen). The proposal includes a request for a Tree Removal Permit for the removal of four trees. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: Commercial ZONING: C-1; ASSESSOR’S MAP #: 39 1E 15 BA; TAX LOT#: 4402. APPLICANT: People’s Bank of Commerce E. PLANNING ACTION 2006-00873 a request for a Conditional Use Permit to expand an existing non-conforming use; a Variance to exceed the allowed Maximum Permitted Floor Area (MPFA), and a Variance to the allowed density for the property located at 158 Nutley Street. The allowed MPFA is 2,790 square feet, the existing structure is 5,928 square feet. The allowed density of the subject property is one single family residence, and the existing structure is a triplex including three residential units. The proposal includes creating one additional unit for a total of four residences on the subject property.
