CALL TO ORDER: Civic Center, 1175 East Main Street II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & FINDINGS: Minutes and Findings to be approved at tonight’s meeting. III. TYPE I PLANNING ACTIONS PLANNING ACTION 2006-1546 A. is a request for a modification of a previously approved Site Review and Tree Removal Permit (PA 2005-01674) for a mixed-use commercial and residential development 11 First St located at ., within the Detail Site Review Zone. The previous approval was to construct a three-story mixed-use building, to remove four trees sized six-inches diameter at breast height and greater. The modifications to the original approval are to reduce the building to a two-story mixed-use building, to modify the proportions of the COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION: architectural details and to change exterior building materials. ZONING: ; ASSESSOR’S MAP # ; TAX LOT: Downtown; C-1-D39 1E 09 BA10400. APPLICANT:Ron Yamaoka PLANNING ACTION 2006-01549 B. is a request for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Review 331 Wightman St approval for a Travelers Accommodation with owners unit for the property located at . The application also includes a request for Administrative Variances to reduce the five foot landscape buffer between . adjacent residential uses to three feet, and to allow parking between the structure and the public street COMPRHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATIONZONINGASSESSOR’S MAP: : Multi-Family Residential; : R-2; 39 1E 10 TAX LOT CB; : 14300. APPLICANT: Jeni Ambrose PLANNING ACTION 2006-01486 C. is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to use an existing school building for office and private school uses in addition to public school programs for the property located at 320 Beach St.COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DESIGNATION:ZONING Multi-Family Residential; : R-2; ASSESSOR’S MAP #: 39 1E 09 DA; TAX LOT: 1100, 6400, 6500, 6700, & 6800. APPLICANT:Jackson County School District 5 IV. TYPE II PUBLIC HEARINGS – There are no Type II hearings scheduled. V.
