TYPE I PLANNING ACTIONS PLANNING ACTION 2004-014 A. is a request for a three-parcel Land Partition for the property located along the south side of Evergreen Lane. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family Residential; Zoning: R-1-5-P; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 10 B; Tax Lot: 900. APPLICANT: Tom Frantz PLANNING ACTION 2004-016 B. is a request for Site Review and Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory residential unit (<500 sq. ft.) on the property located at 265 Alta Street. A Physical Constraints Permit is requested for the construction of a structure (i.e. "development") on Hillside Lands. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family Residential; Zoning: R-1-7.5; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 05 DC; Tax Lot: 1400. APPLICANT: Diane and Alex Amarotico PLANNING ACTION 2004-017 C. is a request for Site Review to construct a second residence (<500 sq. ft.) atop a new garage structure, to be located on the property at 364 Hargadine Street. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Multi-Family Residential; Zoning: R-2; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 09 BD; Tax Lot: 9500. APPLICANT: Ren Kolar IV. TYPE II PUBLIC HEARINGS PLANNING ACTION 2003-150 A. is a request for a Physical and Environmental Constraints Permit for development upon hillside lands, and a Conditional Use Permit to construct a new residence 20 percent in excess of the Maximum Permitted Floor Area (MFPA) established by City Ordinance on the property located at 22 Scenic Drive. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family Residential; Zoning: R-1-7.5; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 08 AD; Tax Lot: 7401. APPLICANT: T. Michael Ryan PLANNING ACTION 2004-004 B. is a request for a Land Partition to divide the existing property into two lots for the property located at 1249 Ashland Mine Road. A variance is requested to permit the rear lot (off Norton) to have a lot width greater than the lot depth. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family Residential; Zoning: R-1-7.5; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 05 BB; Tax Lot: 1600. APPLICANT: Adam Fox and Joyce Dresner V.
