PLANNING ACTION 2004-014
A. is a request for a three-parcel Land Partition for the property
located along the south side of Evergreen Lane. Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family
Residential; Zoning: R-1-5-P; Assessor's Map #: 39 1E 10 B; Tax Lot: 900.
APPLICANT: Tom Frantz
PLANNING ACTION 2004-016
B. is a request for Site Review and Conditional Use Permit to
construct an accessory residential unit (<500 sq. ft.) on the property located at 265 Alta Street. A Physical
Constraints Permit is requested for the construction of a structure (i.e. "development") on Hillside Lands.
