Comprehensive Plan Designation: High Density Multi-Family Residential; Zoning: R-3; Assessor’s Map #: 39 1E 10 BC; Tax Lot: 3800. APPLICANT: Archerd & Dresner, LLC PLANNING ACTION 2004-135 B. is a request for Site Review and Tree Removal Permit for the construction of an approximately 11,850 square foot, three-floor, mixed-use building located at the northeast corner of Laurel and Hersey Streets, at 308 Laurel Street.
