Skidmore were deferred for further investigation.
Realty: Hansen reported on the status of the lease vdth W~. Burns
for oity property he wanted to use for farming.
A letter from the Ashland ClUunber of Commerce ooncerning the appoint
ment of a commi~t,ee on sto~ signs on all streets interoepting the
Pacifio Highwa~ in Ashland!~s read.
It was moved by Hansen that the Mayor write a letter of oondolenoe
to Wm Laing on the dea th of his son.
Applewhite repprted that the V~A projeots had passed the Medford
and Portland offices.
Meetings of the oouncil were set for Vlednesday at 5 P. :'.1:. and for
Thurlday at 7 :00 P. IiI.
On motion, the oounoil adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
