suggested that the City submit plans for the development of' the Lit11ia Springs and he

Follcwing considerable discussion, it was moved by Koozer that a vo~e be taken as
an expression of sinceret-.f in favor of.' the plan of Mr. Martin in t:rds development work.
A oommi ttee be appointed to work out details within thirty days and a contract signed
and an option paid, the consideration to be agreed upon. Seconded and carried une~~ous-
ly. The Mayor thereupon appointed t~e following special committee; H. C. Galey. R, E.
Koozer, W. H. Le~~rette, H. L. Claycomb and G. M. Green. The City -~ttorney to be an
ex-officio ~~mber of the committee to assist in the legal worlr. The business being co~
plated, the Council and oitizens adjourned.
