and 01'ty Superintendent and Chief ot Police made an inspection trip 'to "the Van Prooyen
Dairy at 10,00 A. M. A thorough inep8o'tion 11&.8 made ot the en:tire premises and Henry
Van Prooyen. owner of 'the plaoe was questioned concerning various points whioh oame up
during the inspeotion. The Council made several augg881iions about pasturing and drain-
ing ot "the property and the disposal ot manure whioh were disoussed with Mr. Van Prooyen
who seemed willing to co-operate in every way possible.
